I have tried over and over to get technical support to re-send my password. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. My e-mails to firstname.lastname@example.org
do not get answered (except auto reply e-mails that say I will be contacted within 1 business day). Voice mails to the technical help phone line also are going unanswered. My credit card continues to be charged for a service that I cannot access. Thats great eh?
Does ANYONE out there know how to get a hold of a human being that can take care of this for me? ANY help at all would be much appreciated.
